My name is Nancy Boudreau, and I'm a yoga teacher and certified holistic health coach.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all the areas of your life are connected.
Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? I'll help you see how all these parts of your life affect your health and how you feel, both physically and mentally.
We won’t be dwelling on calories, carbs, fats and proteins or labelling foods as “good” or “bad.” And we definitely won't be doing some "Two weeks to a slimmer you" boot camp-style exercise routine to "work off" or "earn" a piece of chocolate cake or a couple of slices of pizza.
Instead, we'll find simple ways to help you manage stress, prepare delicious, nutrient-rich foods that taste great and move your body in a way that increases your strength and flexibility without leaving you feeling wiped out.
This blog will focus on small, incremental changes that can make a big difference in how you look and feel about yourself. I'll provide tips on stress management, recipes, simple self-care rituals and, of course, yoga!
