What to expect at my yoga classes
People describe my yoga classes as friendly, warm, gentle, and relaxing, sometimes challenging but always accessible, with easy to follow with clear instructions. I think that about sums it up!
My goal is to create a nourishing experience that offers a retreat from the daily grind. Candlelight, soft music, eye pillow during savasana, and an inspirational reading to close out the class.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner, coming back after a long break, or a newbie, together we’ll stretch, breathe and build a supportive community. As one of my teachers often says, together we go farther.
