About the event
In this all-levels yoga class, you’ll learn foundational yoga poses using light weights*. We’ll focus on alignment, building strength, and improving balance, bone density, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Meditation and breathing techniques will also be introduced.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to reinvigorate your practice, this class provides a nurturing, non-competitive environment to explore the mind/body/spirit benefits of yoga and improve your strength.
