Join us for this new four-week yoga series designed to help you connect with your breath and release stress. This 45-minute gentle floor yoga class is perfect for all levels. This 4-week session will be held on Monday, July 15, July 22, July 29, and August 5 at 5:00pm at The Cheshire Senior Center, 240 Maple Avenue, Cheshire, CT. Please bring your own yoga mat.
The class fee is $15 for the four-week session and payment is due prior to the first class.
