If you struggle with the physical and emotional changes that perimenopause and menopause can bring, you are not alone. This gentle, all-level class provides a nurturing, non-competitive environment to explore yoga's mind/body/spirit benefits.
We’ll practice postures to help maintain and increase bone density, muscle strength, cardiovascular health, balance, and flexibility. We’ll also explore breathing and meditation techniques to help manage anxiety, stress, irritability, brain fog, insomnia, and hot flashes.
