Learn yoga poses to help build bone density and increase muscle strength, cardiovascular health, balance, and flexibility. We'll also practice breathing and meditation techniques to help manage anxiety, stress, irritability, brain fog, insomnia, fatigue, and hot flashes.  

If you're struggling with the physical and emotional changes that perimenopause and menopause can bring, this gentle, all-levels class provides a safe, non-competitive environment to explore yogic techniques to keep you feeling vibrant, healthy, and strong.
