Slow Flow Yoga emphasizes the connection between the breath, movement, and the mind.
This gentle, all-level class provides a nurturing, non-competitive environment to de-stress while improving balance, strength and flexibility.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket, and water bottle.
