About the event
Senior Fitness includes simple, low-impact cardio, resistance training, and stretching to improve endurance, muscle strength, and range of motion.
Participants use hand-held weights, resistance bands, and a small exercise ball. Exercises are performed standing and sitting, using a chair for support.
Set to music, this fun and easy-to-follow class will leave feeling strong and energized!
